3. Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is processed securely through Square. If you encounter any issues with your payment, please contact us immediately for assistance.

4. Order Cancellation and Modification

While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, once your order has been packed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Orders that are already in transit cannot be rerouted. Please ensure that your shipping address and order details are correct when placing your order.

5. Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of perishable items. If you have an issue with an order, claims must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please contact us at info@vermontsalumi.com for assistance. We’ll do our best to resolve any concerns quickly.

6. Shipping Policy

We offer various shipping options to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner. Shipping is free. Orders are processed on Monday and Wednesday. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during peak seasons or inclement weather. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

7. Product Availability

Due to the nature of the specialty products we produce, which are aged, there may be times of limited availability. Despite our best efforts, occasionally some products may not be available on the expected ship date.

To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, we will ship the products we have on hand. For our assortments, if we are short an item in the collection, we will ship an appropriate substitution of equal or greater value.

8. Address Change or Incorrect Address

Once you place your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The confirmation includes the shipping and billing address.

If you notice that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately to make any necessary changes before your order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address.

9. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to offer refunds on perishable items. However, if you encounter any issues with your order—such as damaged, or incorrect items—please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a partial refund, providing a replacement, or offering a store credit, depending on the circumstances.
