“Salumi” is the roughly translated Italian word for tasty salted meats, and here at Vermont Salumi that is our claim to fame: the country’s finest small-batch sausages and cured pork meats. We learned the trade and traditions in Italy, and blended them with the quality and goodness that are the hallmarks of our home state of Vermont. We approach our profession with honesty and respect, using only regionally sourced, humanely treated pork along with fresh herbs and spices, to create the clean, authentic flavors that are appreciated by food lovers everywhere.
